Kayla and Andrew: Beautiful love

On July 18th I had the amazing privilege to photograph the beautiful union of Andrew and Kayla. I was such a beautiful day in simply every way! The purity and joy shared between this couple and the two families that were coming together really made the day such a pleasure to be part of!
The wedding took place at Grace church down town and the reception followed at Andrews parents house. It was so much fun to be at their home. The home grown vibe of the yard mixed perfectly with the classy shabby chic style of the decor.(see photos below) Kayla has such great eclectic taste and everything was cutesy, artsy and ideal!
Oh and before I forget, one thing that was soooo fun was that she had all the ladies make different desserts which were strewn across the yard in little clusters and each cake or treat, had a little card with the name of the lady who made them!! Loved it so country living!! Kayla maybe you should go in to wedding coordinating and event design. :)
Well everyone, hold on to your hats because this is a really long post (over 50 slides) as I could not and I mean could not cut images out so sorry if you are bored. :)
Side note: I could not have done it without my amazing team of assistants! Thanks Abigail and Josh for making the day run so smooth and be so much fun at the same time.
Enjoy the pics everyone and Kayla and Andrew I am sooo excited for your image viewing! See you soon! :)

Wow! Incredible job with your subjects...but then again, they are beautiful, fun and great people. We actually saw you in the field as we were heading home. Almost stopped. Great job. I love these two - have known them since youth group...my husband and I were youth staff at Grace. Yes, the joining of these two families is just a special thing and I'm glad we were able to come up to share in this day. Wouldn't have missed it for the world. Sad that we had to move from SLO, but it's not that far away, so it's nice to be able to get up for these events. Thanks for your great work on these pictures. I'm sure Kayla and Andrew love them. Think I'll add you to my blog list. :)
Hi Chloe! These photos are so gorgeous. Just wanted you to know that I started visiting your blog a little while ago and each new wedding you post becomes my new favorite! We are so excited for you to photograph ours! :)
Mama,
Thanks for the kind and encouraging words!
It was such a blessing to be a part of Kayla and Andrews day praise the Lord for that! :) I am so glad that you are enjoying the photos and please feel free to add me to your blog list that would be great!
Have a beautiful day.
Brianne & Brandon,
I am so glad you are enjoying my blog!
Thanks for letting me know that you visit it as I love to know people are enjoying it!
I look forward to meeting you and hopefully photographing your day! :)
Gorgeous photos, Chloe! I'm Andrew's cousin from NY (also own my own graphic design studio) and while I wasn't fortunate enough to attend, thoroughly enjoyed it through your eyes. I could picture all of these images in a brochure, and Andrew and Kayla could enjoy second careers as models!! Love, love, love the photo of them in the car (color closeup with the bouquet over the window, the b&w of Kayla & her stepdad--all of the moody shots, the crazy perspective shots, them interacting with nature--great stuff! Just reading another note that you were on staff as youth group leaders. Makes it all the more special! Really love your work.
love that b/w of them in the car. awesome set chloe!
Chloe: Ah! They are so wonderful! I was so privileged to be even a small part of that day. Watching you work was so enjoyable! You are so incredibly good at what you do--from getting people to do what you want and making them feel at ease, to capturing creative and gorgeous shots--you rock my face off!
