Colleen & Tony

This past Sunday I had the privilege to shoot Colleen and Tony's e-shoot.
I was really excited to do this shoot and to get to know them both!  A little note to how I met Colleen, I actually met her through her parents whom I met on a flight from SLO to Oregon for a girls weekend with my best friends from Cal Poly! :)  They were so kind and friendly that I couldn't wait to meet their daughter!  I love how crazy connections happen but I believe everything happens for a reason so I am not really surprised.
We decided to shoot at Avila beach and at the Sycamore Mineral Springs!  It was so beautiful and my amazing assistant Sophie did an awesome job with the sunbounce so thanks Soph! :)
We also had a funny twist to the afternoon as I thought I had locked my keys in the car and so we had to call AAA!  I felt really silly when after they came and unlocked the car I realized they were in my bag all along...wow at least I know I am human right:).  So thanks Colleen and Tony for your patience with me but hey, we got to enjoy a really great ice cream together so it was worth the wait! :)
There was also another fun moment in the shoot when we ran into my friend David Pascolla who is also a photographer in the area and he let us take a picture with his adorable dog (see photo below).
I am really excited for their wedding which will be held at the Dolphin Bay in Shell Beach on 08.02.09!  Stay tuned for that beautiful event! Enjoy a few of the pics below! :)
